Questions

About the house, bespoke, our diamonds and metals, and what happens after the piece is yours.

The house
What is Ocera?

A hybrid luxury jewelry house, uniting curated ready-to-wear collections with an elite bespoke design atelier. Ocera is built on manufacturing and wholesale origins, so it makes what it offers rather than reselling it.

What are the houses?

Four houses for every version of you: Moda for everyday wear, Nova for presence, Alta for high jewelry and Eterna for bridal. Icona holds the signature one-of-one collections, and Sempra is Ocera's gifting house.

Can I visit the atelier?

Yes. Book an Atelier Session in a private salon, or meet your Design Concierge in an online studio session. Tour the atelier first if you like.

Bespoke
Can any Ocera piece be customized?

Yes. Every design across the houses, even in the highest jewelry lines, can be re-engineered: the metal, the purity, the stones and the scale.

How does a bespoke piece come together?

In three stages. Concept: you bring sketches, photographs or ideas to a session with your Design Concierge. CAD: the design becomes a millimeter-accurate model and you choose the alloy, the carat, the diamond grade and the setting. Creation: the piece is cast, hand-set and finished in our own facility, then unveiled privately or hand-delivered. Bespoke at Ocera

Do I have to come in person?

No. Every consultation can take place in the atelier or online, and your Design Concierge stays with you from the first sketch to the final hallmark.

Can you reset a family stone?

Yes. Bring an heirloom and we will carry its stone into a new setting. Certified center stones can later be traded up under the Lifetime Upgrade Policy.

Diamonds and metals
What is the difference between Ancient Star and Human Star?

Ancient Star diamonds and gemstones are natural, formed by the earth over millions of years. Human Star stones are lab-grown, identical in appearance and character. Either can be chosen for any Ocera piece, and both are held to the same standard. Two origins, one standard

What diamond quality does Ocera use?

Ready-to-wear diamonds are calibrated to G to H color and SI1 to SI2 clarity: bright, white and eye-clean. Premier lines, bespoke center stones and high jewelry begin at VS clarity, with VVS and flawless sourced directly on request.

Which metals do you work in?

14k and 18k yellow, white and rose gold, and 950 platinum, all alloyed in house and laser-stamped with the legal assay hallmark and the Ocera insignia.

What is Ocera vermeil?

Vermeil built on certified .925 sterling silver with heavy gold micron plating, never cosmetic flash plating. You choose the micron tier, up to premium protective plate.

Care and delivery
What is the Lifetime Upgrade Policy?

A commitment to trade up certified center stones and heirloom diamonds over time, based on real market appreciation. Read more

How will my piece arrive?

In the Ocera box: forest green velvet with a blind-debossed insignia, lined in cream velvet. Pieces are hand-delivered or prepared for a private unveiling.

How do I find my ring size?

Use the ring size guide. Your Design Concierge will confirm the size before anything is made.

Where can I read the shipping and returns terms?

They are listed in the store policies, linked at the foot of every page.
